If crystals and gemstones are not right for you, light and color can be used for healing. The belief in this form of medicine is that the colors of the rainbow have the power to heal you when combine with the natural healing power of the sunlight. When you spend enough time in the sun and incorporate color therapy, it is possible for you to overcome a number of ailments. Color therapy can be achieved with prisms, lasers therapy and similar tools.

Perhaps the most common approach people take when exploring how to heal themselves is the use of plants and herbs. Trusted for thousands of years, there is a lot of evidence that supports this form of self healing. You do need to understand the different plants and herbs and the appropriate levels for proper health. With the belief they will work and taking them accordingly, it will be possible for you to heal your ailments.

How to Heal with Sound

For some, the vibrational healing that comes from sound is another way that self healing can take place. This is something as simple as surrounding yourself in a soothing wall of sound that offers healing vibrations. Being alone in the calm quiet with the sounds of water in nature is an example. Beyond babbling brooks, things like wind in the trees, tuning forks, singing bowls and similar items can also help to restore your sound origins and help you in the healing process.

12 X 50 on a cruise pace that allows for 10 seconds rest

2 X 100 for time

Warm-down:  100 side glide swim breathe every stroke, 100 side glide swim breath every 3 strokes, 100 super slow tai-chi style freestyle

Total:  3600 meters or yards
