Zapping as an Alternative Natural Health Thing

What is zapping?  One of the most unique health treatments.

When researching the health treatments available for various conditions, it’s common to explore natural healing. These natural healing techniques have been used for hundreds of years and tend to be very effective.

This electrical current treatment is a form of healing that uses electrical currents in the body. This current passes through the brain and addresses depression, relaxes muscles, and can help to work the muscles in the body. While zapping might be effective to a degree, it likely isn’t the best choice people have. When you move your body and submerge yourself in water the experience can relax you. The healing nature of water can help to reduce your depression and the soothing waters can help to relax your muscles. This delivers the same effects that electrical current treatment delivers. The difference as you are swimming if you are able to continue to work those muscles and expand on the benefits of the water.

All this is done without any negative health benefits. Swimming is a completely natural, non-invasive process that can stimulate the flow of blood in your body and help you to feel an overwhelming sense of euphoria the longer you swim.

If you are on the fence about using electrical current treatment to potentially combat a condition you are facing, consider swimming for your health. Not only will you not impact your own natural energy systems along the way, but you also have a chance to find a positive exercise process that will benefit your health. Your body is after all a precious vessel of life and you’ll want to do everything in your power to protect it. That includes doing things that are excellent for promoting good health, such as swimming on a semi regular basis.

Warm-up:  500 choice of swim strokes, relaxed fashion

Kick with swim fins 300, flutter on front and/or back

Drill 4 X200, one of each stroke: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle

Kick 8 X 50 alternating breaststroke and freestyle

Swim 10 X 100 alternating Individual Medley (IM) and freestyle

Pull with hand paddles 500 straight

Cool-down:  300 tai-chi style swimming

Total:  3800 meters or yards depending on the length of your pool
